One of the Haakaa Mom Hacks is using the Haakaa to clear clogged ducts. By using the Haakaa with a gentle suction and filled with warm (not hot) 💧 water + epsom salt🧂, you can successfully clear blocked/ clogged ducts.
Here’s how to do it 👇
Step 1️⃣: Fill the Haakaa with warm (not hot) water so it can make contact with your nipple
Step 2️⃣: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts
Step 3️⃣: Attach the Haakaa to the breast that has clogged/blocked ducts
Step 4️⃣: Massage gently around your breast
Step 5️⃣: Keep the silicone pump attached between 10-15 minutes
Step 6️⃣: You may need to repeat the treatment several times per day to make sure the blocked/clogged ducts disappear.
